This policy applies to the Kundli360 AI mobile applications and this website, both operated by Auraveda Technologies Private Limited, registered at Ground Floor, R227, Jal Vayu Vihar, Sector 21, Near Noida Head Post Office, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

Mobile number. Used to create and sign in to your account. We verify it with a one-time code sent by SMS.
Birth details. Name, date of birth, time of birth and place of birth, including the latitude, longitude and timezone of that place. A birth chart cannot be calculated without these, which is the only reason we ask for them.
Details of other people you add. If you add a partner or family member for a compatibility reading, their birth details are stored against your account. You are responsible for having their permission.
Email address, if you choose to give one for product updates.
Your questions and our answers, so your conversation history is there when you return.

Information collected automatically

Device model, operating system version and app version, for diagnostics.
Approximate country, derived from your IP address, to decide which language options and prices to show.
Crash reports and anonymous usage events, to find and fix faults.

What we never collect

We do not collect your contacts, photos, files, precise GPS location, or the contents of any other app. We never store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials; payments are handled entirely by our payment processor.

2. Why we use it

To calculate your charts and generate readings.
To operate your account, subscription, credits and call minutes.
To provide support when you contact us.
To detect fraud and abuse.
To improve accuracy and fix defects.
To send service messages. Marketing messages only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with processors who need it to run the service, under contract, and only for that purpose:

Cloud hosting and databases, for storage and computation.
AI model providers, which receive the chart data and your question in order to generate an answer. They are contractually barred from training on it.
Payment processors and the app stores, which handle billing. They receive what they need to take payment; we receive only a confirmation and the last four digits or a token.
SMS and push providers, to deliver one-time codes and notifications.
Analytics and crash reporting, in aggregated or pseudonymous form.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

4. How long we keep it

Account and birth details: until you delete your account.
Conversations and generated readings: until you delete them, or your account.
Payment and tax records: as long as Indian tax law requires, currently eight years, regardless of account deletion.
Diagnostic logs: up to 90 days.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Deleting your account from within the app removes your profile, birth details, charts, conversations and any profiles you added, apart from records we are legally required to keep. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@kundli360.ai.

If you are in a jurisdiction granting additional rights, such as the EU or UK, those rights apply and we will honour them on the same contact route.

6. Children

Kundli360 AI is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest. Access is restricted to staff who need it. Passwords are never used, so there are none to leak; sign-in is by one-time code. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay if a breach affects you.

8. Changes

We will post any change here and update the date above. Material changes will also be notified in the app.
